- Check coverage: confirm that Helthjem delivers to an address.

Get an account and credentials
To use the Helthjem API, you must be a Helthjem customer.
- New customers: apply to become a customer.
- Existing customers: contact our Integrations Team at integrations@helthjem.no to get your API credentials and integration support.

If you don't have your own development team, one of our integration partners can set up the connection to Helthjem for you. See our approved business partners.
Integration timeline
How long the setup takes depends on your system:
- Basic integration: a standard setup usually takes a couple of business days.
- Advanced integration: setups with more complex logic, such as a custom checkout or custom labels, can take considerably longer.
